Stage profiel
From the start you will be an integral part of our team. You’ll soon have a lot of responsibilities and gain hands-on experience in M&A and debt advisory assignments.

Activities
- Valuation analyses (DCF, CCA, CTA & Buy-out analyses)
- Writing information memoranda and teaser documents
- Performing strategic market research
- Writing research and industry updates
- Assist in preparing (management) presentations
- Assist in preparing due diligence projects
What are we looking for
- Academic top talent
- The right combination of strong analytical and social skills
- Entrepreneurial and self-starting capabilities
- Master or third-year bachelor students with Economic, Business or otherwise financially related background
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- A strong motivation to work in corporate finance / M&A
