Activities
- Valuation analyses (DCF, CCA, CTA & Buy-out analyses)
- Writing information memoranda and teaser documents
- Performing strategic market research
- Writing research and industry updates
- working on due diligence projects
What are we looking for
- Completed master
- 0-2 years working (internship) experience in corporate finance, private equity, transaction services or accountancy
- The right combination of strong analytical and social skills
- Entrepreneurial and self-starting capabilities
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- A strong motivation to work in corporate finance / M&A
