Waysis B.V. (“Waysis”) acquired the entire share capital of Simac Business Applications B.V. (“Simac Business Applications”), a former subsidiary of the listed Simac Techniek N.V.
Lindenaar & Co advised the management team of Waysis by co-ordinating deal execution, deal negotiations, financial modelling, co-ordination of due diligence and closing of the transaction with Simac Techniek.

Waysis (formerly Stahomij B.V.) has been in operations since 1927 and is market leader in the field of parking and mobility solutions in the Netherlands. The Waysis group currently includes Taxameter Centrale (parking solutions) and Yellowbrick (real-time parking solutions) and previously also a.o. Ko Hartog Verkeerstechniek (traffic engineering) and Taxitronic (taxi automation). Waysis currently employs a total of about 100 employees.
Profile Simac Business Applications
Simac Business Applications develops and maintains applications for parking enforcement, police control rooms and mobile data terminals. All applications are developed on the Sphynxx communication platform, using standard technologies such as Oracle, Microsoft and Java. The Sphynxx suite of products is modularly structured and supports all types of municipal and legal enforcement.
