As of 1 October 2016, 538Groep (part of Talpa) and Sky Radio Group (part of TMG) have joined forces and officially formed a joint radio company with the brands Radio Veronica, Radio 10, Sky Radio and Radio 538.
In this transaction, Lindenaar & Co advised the Central Works Council of TMG (COR or “Centrale Ondernemingsraad”), in order to provide detailed insight in the financial consequences of the transaction that could have an effect on TMG and/or Sky Radio Group personnel.
The COR and the Sky Radio Group Works Council have issued positive recommendations concerning the new radio company.

In addition, Talpa had a minority stake in Radiocorp, which operates the radio stations 100%NL and Radio 10. Moreover, Talpa has its own record label, 8ball Music.
