NPM Capital (NPM) sold its minority shareholding in Stork Plastics Machinery (SPM)_to co-shareholder Wadinko. The other part is in possession of Stork BV.

Lindenaar & Co advised NPM Capital in the negotiations and valuation in order to enable a transaction between parties.
