Bencis launches Leading Aesthetics Group in collaboration with Lindenaar & Co.
Lindenaar & Co Corporate Finance has advised Bencis Capital Partners (“Bencis”) on the launch of Leading Aesthetics Group (“LA Group”), a new platform in the higher segment of medical-aesthetic care. Lindenaar & Co and Bencis were at the basis of the initiative to form a doctor-led platform within this sector. This has materialised in the form of Leading Aesthetics Group, a combination of six leading clinics specialising in the field of injectables, skin therapies and hair transplants.
Lindenaar & Co remains involved as exclusive M&A advisor to LA Group, with the aim of further expanding the group, together with Bencis and the management team of LA Group, in the Netherlands and eventually also in Europe. This collaboration underscores Lindenaar & Co’s strength in developing buy-and-build strategies and creating value within mergers and acquisitions.
