Craft Capital has acquired an interest in Vroom Funderingstechnieken, an expert in the field of large, complex and specialist foundation work.

The Vroom family, of which the second generation is now in charge, will continue to grow the in 1962 incepted family business together with Craft Capital and further strengthen its position in the market. The Vroom family and management remain actively involved, both as a shareholder and within the organisation, thereby preserving the identity and continuity of the family business.
