NMT Investment BV has refinanced its current financing facilities provided by ABN Amro, to realize further growth of its franchise formulas Döner Company and Einstein Kaffee.
Lindenaar & Co advised the shareholders of NMT Investment throughout the project including the structuring of the funding and negotiations with the bank.
Profile NMT Investment
NMT Investment was established by the brothers Necati and Murat Tastan, and operates the franchise formulas Döner Company and Einstein Kaffee in the Netherlands and Belgium. In total the company manages more than 94 establishments. Previously Döner Company and Einstein Kaffee were operated by the company itself, in 2011 these formulas have been transferred to a franchise concept to be able to carefully manage the strong growth. The stores of the different formulas are mostly located on train stations in the Netherlands and Belgium, where the number of locations will show a strong growth the coming years. On other high-traffic locations in the large cities new stores will also be opened shortly.

Döner Company is, with its 56 locations, the largest döner chain in the Netherlands and Belgium. In 2011 Döner Company introduced a new store concept that is implemented in all the existing establishments. Döner Company is, amongst others, located on Utrecht CS, Amsterdam CS, Rotterdam CS, and Leiden CS.
Profile Einstein Kaffee
Einstein Kaffee is a chain of coffee stores with thirteen establishments in Belgium, on ‘high traffic’ locations and/or train stations. Einstein Kaffee also has 21 stores in Germany and four in Egypt.
