The shareholders of Creative Group have sold part of the company’s outstanding share capital to private equity firm Soestdijk Capital.

Soestdijk Capital brings operational and strategic expertise to the company and will assist Creative Group with its international roll-out strategy and the further professionalization of the organisation.

Lindenaar & Co acted as advisor to the shareholders of Creative Group during the entire sale process. The activities consisted amongst others of writing an information memorandum, preparing a valuation analysis, negotiating a letter of intent, structuring of the transaction, coordination of the due diligence process, final negotiations with respect to the share purchase agreement and shareholders agreement and closing of the transaction.
