Bencis Capital Partners, a Dutch private equity firm, sold its stake in THE EMPLOYMENT GROUP to private equity firm Egeria.

THE EMPLOYMENT GROUP is a holding company of niche staffing companies specialized in painting, architectural and engineering industries. Around the same time, Egeria acquired KP&T from Mentha Capital. The transaction and the new partnership with Egeria and KP&T will provide access to additional capital and resources to support the Company’s next growth phase.

Lindenaar & Co acted as advisor to the shareholders of THE EMPLOYMENT GROUP and coordinated the transaction process, including amongst others evaluating the offer, negotiation and due diligence coordination.

THE EMPLOYMENT GROUP ("TEG"), including the labels Faber and Tracé, is located in Hooglanderveen. Faber is a temporary employment business for more than 1,000 craftsmen in the painting and construction industries; Tracé is a secondment company with approximately 400 professionals in civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture and geo-informatics. In 2011 Bencis Capital Partners acquired and merged these companies to create TEG.
