United Bakery Group BV sold a stake in the Dutch food manufacturing company Ravensbergen Food BV to the Swiss based privately owned company HACO AG.
Lindenaar & Co advised the shareholder of Ravensbergen in the entire transaction, including composition of deal structuring, a letter of intent, valuation exercises, deal negotiations, due diligence co-ordination and closing of the transaction.
