United Bakery Group BV acquired the Dutch food manufacturing company Ravensbergen Holding BV, including its operating subsidiary Banketbakkerij Ravensbergen BV.
Lindenaar & Co advised the shareholders of United Bakery Group in the identification of acquisition candidates and contacts with selected target companies. Subsequently Lindenaar & Co co-ordinated the deal execution, including composition of a LoI, company valuation, deal negotiations, realization of a business plan for financing purposes, due diligence co-ordination and closing of the transaction.
