The Dutch fashion retailer Men At Work and investor Varova Fashion Group, consisting of fashion retailers G-SUS and Sissy Boy and clothing brands Tumble ‘N Dry and Kings of Indigo, have entered into a strategic cooperation agreement by means of an investment from Varova Fashion Group in Men At Work.
The transaction creates a group of leading fashion retailers and brands with a distinguished image and top of mind brand awareness. The financial injection and cooperation enable the various retail chains and brands to utilize each other’s expertise in the areas of (a.o.) design, purchasing and retail management. This integration positions the group in the perfect place to further implement their growth strategy.
