The shareholders of Strypes Bulgaria have sold 100% of the outstanding share capital to the listed Dutch company ICT Automatisering N.V. (“ICT”).
This acquisition enables ICT to respond to the shortage of highly skilled technical staff in the Netherlands and the growing customer demand towards outsourcing using modern development techniques.
Lindenaar & Co acted as advisor to the shareholders of Strypes Bulgaria during the entire sale process. The activities consisted amongst other of writing an information memorandum, preparing a valuation analyses, structuring of the transaction, coordination of the due diligence process, final negotiations and closing of the transaction.
