Lindenaar & Co advised Waysis in the entire controlled auction process, including writing an information memorandum, approaching various potential strategic and financial bidders, deal structuring and negotiations, composition of a LoI, due diligence co-ordination and the transaction documentation as well as closing of the transaction.

TM-CS is active in the specialist market of the conversion of vehicles in the field of safety, visibility and mobility. TM-CS supplies a.o. police corpses, ambulance regions, fire-brigades and other emergency services with sound and communication systems as well as on-board systems. In addition, TM-CS services companies such as ANWB and NS Pro Rail in the field of amber lighting systems. TM-CS is located in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, and employs around 22 employees.
