Lake Side Franchise B.V. (“Lake Side” or “the Company”), formerly part of VDR Fashion Group and since 1 January 2016 independent via a Management Buy-Out, realised financing by means of a working capital facility from ABN AMRO Bank, in order to realise the Company’s continued growth.

Profile Lake Side
The Lake Side fashion concept was founded in 1977. The Company currently operates 34 stores, of which 22 own stores and 12 franchise stores, located throughout the Netherlands. Lake Side has a focus on denim and denim related products. This focus is carried through the organisation in both products and service. The Company’s carefully selected denim collection consists of, amongst others, LEE, Wrangler, Petrol, Jack & Jones Vintage, Twinlife, Mavi, Object en Sparkz. Furthermore, recently the Company developed its private brand Jeanius, for both men and women. The obtained working capital financing enables Lake Side to strengthen its position by further developing its formula, collection and e-commerce strategy.
