Excellent Clinics has acquired a majority stake in Da Vinci Kliniek, in order to make the innovative concept of specialised wound care and hyperbaric medicine accessible for patients throughout the Netherlands.
Excellent Clinics will set up expert centres throughout the Netherlands, which will offer highly complex medical care based on the Da Vinci Kliniek concept. Excellent Clinics will share her expertise and data with collaborating hospitals and medical specialists, to enhance patient care and gain additional insight.
Lindenaar & Co acted as advisor to the shareholders of Da Vinci Kliniek and coordinated the transaction process, including structuring the transaction, evaluation of bids, due diligence coordination, and assisting in the final negotiations concerning the Share Purchase Agreement and Shareholders Agreement.
