Lindenhaeghe can count on an extensive network of satisfied clients, but the organization faced a major investment challenge in the further development of the IT architecture and systems. In recent years, Hoffelijk has invested in this area. The Company then sought ways to expand its market share to continue these investments. The merger proved to offer a solution to both challenges.
