Nationale-Nederlanden has invested in Otherside at Work (“Otherside”), the leading software developer in occupational health and social security, and provider of the most complete absenteeism system in the Netherlands (Xpert Suite).
Otherside remains independent and will use the investments of Nationale-Nederlanden to accelerate its growth in the Netherlands and abroad. Furthermore, Otherside enters into a strategic partnership with Human Capital Services, a subsidiary of Nationale-Nederlanden.
Lindenaar & Co advised Otherside and its shareholders during the process. The activities consisted of, among other things, preparing a valuation report and assisting in the negotiations.
