Lindenaar & Co acted as financial advisor to M.J. de Nijs en Zonen Holding BV (“De Nijs”) in the phased transition from the third to the fourth generation of family de Nijs.
In this phased transition the complexity of a family business, the desire for a fair and equal structure for the fourth generation to enter and the third generation to exit the company, was taken into account.
