The shareholders of the Dutch kids clothing brand Tumble ‘N Dry have sold their equity stake to Wijkermeer Investments.

From now on, Tumble N Dry, previously part of the Brand Retail Group, operates as a stand-alone business while Wijkermeer Investments is going to support the company in its new positioning. Despite the difficult market circumstances, Tumble ‘N Dry was able to double its revenue in the past four years and the collection has been expanded. Mainly online and abroad Wijkermeer sees interesting opportunities to further grow the brand.

Lindenaar & Co acted as advisor to Standard Investment, the main shareholder of Tumble ‘N Dry, during the entire sale process. The activities consisted amongst others of writing an information memorandum, preparing a financial-strategic business plan, structuring of the transaction, negotiating the Letter of Intent, coordination of the due diligence process, final negotiations and closing of the transaction.
